If you don’t have track & trace, there’s not much we can do. It would be too costly for us to resend your package for free. We apologize!

My package was damaged.

We’re sorry that happened. Please send us pictures of the damage at info@everafterprint.com and we’ll see what we can do.

I want a refund.

That’s okay! If you ordered something and changed your mind, no problem. We typically take a week to get orders ready. If you email us at info@everafterprint.com before then, we’ll cancel your order. You will also get the full amount back.

If we already shipped your order, there’s nothing we can do. We also don’t offer refunds if you are unhappy with the product.
